Bonus Terms and Conditions

The availability of bonuses on the Site for a particular player is determined exclusively by the bonuses listed in the player’s profile and may vary based on the player's country of residence (e.g., Japan, Finland, Brazil). If a bonus is not intended for the player, it will not appear among the available bonuses in the profile. Bonus offers may also be communicated via email, SMS, or other methods. Any bonuses (along with the winnings from them) that are not intended for the player may be forfeited.
Each player has two balances - a real balance and a bonus balance. Any bonuses are credited to the bonus balance. Please note that bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before they can be withdrawn. The specific conditions for each bonus are detailed in the respective bonus terms and conditions.
The real balance is used for bets first. Bonus money is used for bets only after the player's real balance reaches zero. All winnings received when playing for bonus money are credited to the player's bonus balance. When placing a bet, both real and bonus balances can be used simultaneously, with winnings distributed proportionally based on the amount of the bet.
When playing with bonus money, the maximum allowed bet is 5 EUR/USD/CHF, 20 PLN/RON, 10 BGN, 25 DKK, 3500 CLP, 1500 HUF, or 50 NOK/SEK per spin, including any doubling (risk-game) features. This restriction remains in place until all wagering requirements are fully met. The in-game "buy feature" purchase also counts as a spin. If this rule is violated at any point during gameplay, regardless of the game's outcome, all balances (both real and bonus) will be forfeited, and the player's account may be closed.
If a player participates in several promotions at the same time, each of the bonuses must be wagered separately. The player can track progress and switch between active bonuses in the player profile or sidebar during the gameplay.
Bonuses and gift spins (free spins) can be used for wagering within 5 days. Any bonuses not wagered within this period will automatically expire, except for those bonuses with specified validity periods outlined in their detailed conditions.
Players may request a withdrawal of their deposited amount before meeting the wagering requirements. However, please note that any cash bonuses, free spins, Wheel of Fortune spins, and loyalty points multipliers will be forfeited when a withdrawal request is made.
Some game providers may not be accessible in certain regions. If the free spins received for any promotion are not accessible in your region, they will be automatically transferred to an alternative in the Coin Win: Hold The Spin (Gamzix) slot with a bet size set at 0.20 USD/EUR/CHF, 0.4 BGN, 50 HUF, 1 PLN/RON, 2 DKK/NOK/SEK. Upon claiming a no-deposit bonus, players should be aware of a maximum cashout limit on winnings from the bonus. This limit is clearly stated in the bonus terms. If a player's winnings surpass this limit, the excess will be deducted when they withdraw. This rule aims to ensure fair play and equal distribution of bonuses.
- When a player makes a deposit after claiming the no-deposit bonus, the maximum cashout limit will be increased by the amount of the deposit.
- Once the withdrawal is made, this limitation is voided.
- The rule applies if the withdrawal amount including the wagered no-deposit bonus exceeds 500 EUR.
- To continue playing without limitations regarding the amount of winnings, you need to first withdraw the winnings gained from wagering a no-deposit bonus and then make another deposit.
Players who have used any no-deposit offers must make at least one deposit to meet KYC requirements and comply with the AML policy.
While wagering the bonus, all bets are counted as 100% in all the slot-games*.

If we determine that a player is using a bonus or any other promotional offer solely to achieve a positive result through known methods aimed at safe wagering of this bonus, the player will be immediately deprived of their current real and bonus balances and may also be blocked for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Leaving large bets on the table, such as in blackjack, and returning to the game after the bonus wagering has been completed.
- Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, losing the bonus funds, and then cashing out the built-up value during real-money play.
- Using strategies that exploit any software bug or failure.
- Abuse any game rounds by their postponement, including free spins or bonus games while playing with real or bonus money
All bonuses are restricted to one individual player, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card, electronic wallet, email, and shared computer networks (e.g., university, public library, work network, etc.). If the administration suspects that the Account Holder has engaged in bonus abuse, either individually or as part of a group, the administration reserves the right to:
- Forfeit the bonus allocated to the player and any winnings from that bonus
- Revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the player
- Void the player's real money balance
- Block access to the service
- Terminate the Account Holder’s account immediately.
In case of any discrepancies, the English version of these terms and conditions takes precedence over all other versions.
